Terms And Conditions
What we agree when you accept a quote, and what happens if something changes.
Scope And Order Confirmation
Work is carried out under a written scope listing what is included and excluded, the materials, the price and the programme. Work starts when that document is accepted by both sides. Anything not listed in the scope is not part of the job.
Price And Costs
Prices are in euros and are based on the scope of work, the materials and the project requirements. Where a cost depends on something not yet known — the condition behind an existing finish, for example — the quote says so and the assumption is written down.
Changes to the agreed scope are quoted before they are carried out. We do not add work to an invoice that has not been agreed.
Payment
Payment terms, including any staged payments and the point at which each stage falls due, are set out in the accepted quote. Nothing here is a payment schedule.
Programme And Scheduling
The programme is agreed at contract stage and depends on access, materials availability and the condition of the property. We tell you as early as we can when something on site affects it. We do not guarantee a fixed completion date ahead of the survey.
Where The Work Is Carried Out
Work is delivered at the property address agreed for that project, confirmed in writing before scheduling. Our registered office is not a site office and we do not receive visitors there.
Cancellation And Changes
If you cancel or reschedule, tell us before the affected work starts. Where a deposit has been paid, what is refundable depends on how much work has been done and on materials that have been ordered specifically for the job; the accepted quote sets out the terms that apply to your project.
Liability
We are responsible for the work we carry out and for carrying it out safely. We are not responsible for outcomes outside our control, such as hidden conditions that could not reasonably have been identified at survey, or damage caused by third parties working on the same property. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Complaints And Disputes
If something is wrong, tell us at the time if you can and in any case within a reasonable period afterwards. Outstanding items go on the written snag list agreed at handover. Email support@malhibro-construction.services or call +44 7453 288625.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law applicable where the work is carried out, and the courts with authority there have jurisdiction over any dispute. Which law applies depends on the project location and is confirmed in the accepted quote.
