What we build

Complete Home Renovation Services

Six trades under one contract. Tell us the room and the scope, and we price the whole job rather than the individual task.

01

Kitchen Renovation

Cabinet replacement or refit, worktops, splashbacks, flooring and the plumbing and electrics they depend on — scoped together so nothing is left out.

Kitchen renovation

02

Bathroom Renovation

Full bathroom rebuilds and smaller upgrades: tiling, waterproofing, plumbing, sanitaryware and lighting, sequenced so the room stays workable.

Bathroom renovation

03

Flooring Installation

Timber, laminate and tile fitted to the room rather than the delivery sheet, with the preparation that the finish actually depends on.

Flooring

04

Wall & Ceiling Finishing

Plastering, boarding and skimming to a flat finish ready for decoration, including patching after first fix and making good around openings.

Wall and ceiling work

05

Painting & Decorating

Preparation, cutting-in and two coats as standard, with the trade work behind the walls finished before the decorators arrive.

Painting and decorating

06

Plastering

Skimming, float and set, and full re-plastering for rooms that have been taken back to the blockwork.

How we work

A Renovation Company Built On Scope, Not On Salesmanship

A renovation goes wrong when the price moves after the walls come down. We look at the space and the drawings first, agree what is in scope and what is not, and put the price in writing before anyone picks up a tool.

  • Every trade in one scope — no gaps between contractors
  • Materials chosen with you, quoted at the size you need
  • Small room upgrades and whole-home refurbishment both accepted
  • Schedule agreed at contract, not renegotiated mid-job

How a project runs

Why owners choose us

Four Things We Do On Every Job

01

One accountable scope

Kitchen, bathroom, flooring, plastering and painting are quoted together, so responsibility for the finished room sits with one company.

02

Itemised pricing

Labour, materials and finishes are listed separately. You can see what a change costs before you decide to make it.

03

Programme before start

We agree the sequence and the access arrangements in writing at contract stage, and tell you early if anything on site changes it.

04

Signed-off finish

Snag list walked through at handover with anything outstanding written down and dated.

Our renovation process

From First Call To Handover

01

Brief

Tell us the room, what is wrong with it and what you want instead. Photos and drawings help.

02

Site assessment

We visit, measure and check what is behind the finishes — the parts that decide the price.

03

Written scope & quote

Scope, materials list, price and programme in one document. Adjust it as often as you need before work starts.

04

Scheduled work

One programme for the whole scope, with the trade sequence arranged so rooms are closed as briefly as possible.

05

Handover

Walk-through against the scope, snag list agreed, and documentation for the materials and finishes used.

Two ways to work with us

One Room Or The Whole House

Single room upgrade

A bathroom refit, a new kitchen, a redecorated bedroom, a hallway floor. One room, one scope, one price — we still sequence it with the rest of the house in mind so finishes meet cleanly.

Quote a single room

Whole-home refurbishment

Multiple rooms and trades coordinated under one contract and one programme, from first fix through to decoration, with a single point of contact for the whole programme.

Living in the work

The House Is Probably Still Lived In

Most renovation work happens in an occupied home. We agree dust control, protection and access in the scope, keep the working area closed where we can, and tell you in advance which rooms are out of use on which days.

If a room has to be cleared for flooring or plastering, we would rather say so at quote stage than have it arrive as a surprise on day two.

What You Get At The End

We walk the finished job against the scope line by line. Anything outstanding goes on a written snag list with a date, not a promise.

You get the materials and finishes schedule for the rooms we touched, so a future repair or a future decorator is working from the same information you were.

Tell Us The Scope And We Will Price It

The more you can tell us about the space and what you want done, the more accurate the first quote will be. We ask about the room, the work involved, materials and timing because those are what the price is actually made of.

No obligation. We will tell you if the job needs more than a site visit to price properly.
